What would the Shelby wide body kit do for track times?

Putting aside the $17,995 cost for a moment, any wild guesses on what this kit would do to lap times? I guess put aside looks and everything else and just what would that much rubber really mean compared to stock tires or even track tires and what about 345 track tires?
