If you don't find one, I've got a nipple that will convert the Coyote filter to SBF filter so you can use the M-6880-A50 adapter. I use it on my Coyote swapped SN95.

I’m interested in your nipple adaptor. I’m putting in a 2001 cobra motor in a 67 f100 chassis and looks like they don’t make M-22 adaptor anymore. As long as your adaptor will work with the 2001 4 valve and allow me to put on the the A-50 adaptor, I’m in.

I have more nipples than Scaramanga. It seems that Mod and Coyote engines use same filter so I don't see why it wouldn't fit.
