Just to put this into context.... Since Chinese made tires arrive here pretty much tariff free. It costs me about US$1250 for a set of P1's in 315/30-18. vs a US$ 2800 for set of R7's. Would perfer the Hoosiers any day. But then again, I would...-

Feel free to read through my build thread for what I'm doing with the car.My tracks are around 3 km per lap so 130 laps = 390 km or 242 miles of track driving. Since I run 19x11 wheels I need maximum camber upfront to be able to tuck the wheel...

Junkyard Dog replied to the thread HPDE tires.They do not make a 295/30 or a 305 or a 315, or if they do Tire Rack does not list them.They do list a 295/35R19, but at 27" tall and an 11.1" tread width, I don't know how well that fits in an S550 or an S650 wheel well.I also do not know... There are numerous better choices, both in price and performance than the ancient Schitto NT-01s --- whoops , sorry but that slipped out.You might add Yokohama A052s and BFG Rival S 1.5s.

Biggest thing this year is a trip to Germany/Belgium in September ;) anything else is secondary to that trip I wanted to do for so many years now ! The track is great though and this is just a start to more driving there obviously very safe...

I posted it in my build thread but still. The first PB on the new A1 Motor Park near Samokov (only 40 minutes drive from Sofia). What a way to start the season.
