I'm betting they changed the cap size before then. My old wheels that had larger cap holes, if I had to guess, I think I bought in 2017. (see full post)

Keep in mind the Apex plastic ones can melt on track but it is not unusual for the metal caps to pop out. Some groups will not allow center caps on a road course as one flying off at speed can be quite hazardous.

I don't know what year Apex changed the center cap hole size, but I have a set I bought from them several years ago and the hole is larger than a S550 centercap; they won't fit. I bought another set from them a year or two ago and the hole size...
