Never been before but I'm going with a big group of friends that done TF multiple times so that's why it's so exciting. We are mostly there to enjoy Spa though and get some time at the Ring. The GP track is actually one of my favourites and I... (see full post)

Have you done the Nurburgring before? Weekends at the ring can be crazy. Week day evenings sessions you can some clear laps in but any big crashes can close the track for the rest of the eveningPersonally I would skip the GP track and just...

When I ran the continental/Hoosier 305/680R18 slicks. The car felt really good. I will admit the car felt a bit better in the corners with Continental Extreme Force Contacts 305/30R18s. I also had new dampers and springs. (see full post)

Over the weekend I installed all the CSM suspension and brake parts I had accumulated before I bought the car. Also replaced the leaking steering rack with a re-man from Rock Auto. Did a rough alignment so I can take it get aligned in a couple...

Trackspeed Premium Trackday - Serres Racing Circuit - 26.04.2026After the A1 event I took the car to the dealer. The Brakes Master and Booster were replaced and a fresh SRF fluid was fed to the brakes. I decided it's time to switch to 5W50 so I...

I will politely disagree not because your logic does not seem reasonable but from 45 years of racing/autocrossing and having some sponsorships from various tire companies over the years. Give me a shorter sidewall, less squirm and frankly I... (see full post)

The Plan is to do TF at the Nurburgring on Saturday (05.09), Sunday (06.09) we have booked 4 20 minutes sessions on Spa, Monday (07.09) the Nurburgring GP track will be open so we plan to do that as well and continue with TF after that if there... (see full post)

I always like a little more sidewall to play with. They communicate through the steering better than short sidewalls and are more progessive in their break-away chracteristics. A longer foot-print is a good thing for longitudinal grip. I'm not... (see full post)

The 30 series I have on there now gave me excellent corner grip. The car was extremely predictable. Cold the tires were scary as all get out. My hope is the 40 series, would help with gearing and acceleration. I would like a 27 inch plus...

It's a solid color, I really don't go by "coats" because depending on how much you thin it, the amount of color is different, so I go by amount of paint, and what is on there is just about a quart.
  • Replace your clutch line, definitely. In my case, even with a new clutch line, mine continued to get worse and more symptomatic over time (pretty rapidly) so I ended up replacing all of the clutch components (slave, pilot bearing, clutch... (see full post)

So correct, I just can't get wheels without buying new shoes ------ silly assumption on my part, ha! Thanks for your eagle eye , though I was not actually paying any attention to his tires just suggesting what was needed the most to go fast. (see full post)

Look at what is under the strut tower brace. There's *no* tire that's gonna make that car 'stick like glue,' LOL!
