Can I get more details on this from your build thread? Thanks..........."the fill level Tremec suggests for the DCT is to maximize fuel mileage. Tremec suggest an overfill for high HP track use, which PBD optionally did during the build. This... (see full post)
The 3160 is very good, but they're a bit weaker than a T56 Magnum. That's usually the go-to for Road Course work.Or you can really have some fun and go with a sequential
I had Bilsteins with FP springs in an 07 GT I owned. Good handling and control and very predictable on track, a bit harsh on the street on rougher roads. My 12 GT500 got Koni yellows and FP springs last year. I leave them set fairly soft for... (see full post)

definitely tight. but deflection shouldnt cause an issue since it'll be back on the right part of the rim by the time it rotates up there. I've run with a couple of mm clearance. It could become a problem with taller tires that flex more, tho... (see full post)
I have a CFTP I’ve done just 5 days with and it doesn’t need anything from stock other than taking off the rain tray, brake fluid and an alignment to run A group pace other than lots of fuel. I do like the Carbotech pads in my build thread and... (see full post)
I’m trying out a new tire/wheel setup for the track and need some feedback about the minimum clearance between the tire sidewall and strut. With a 25mm spacer I have 2mm clearance. I have driven on the street with them and there is no rubbing...
Wow, 10,000 miles? What is happening to it? What is breaking? How have your transmission fluid temperatures been? Did Ford replace several under warranty when it was new? (see full post)
I run Apex 19 x 10" wheels. If you get them on one of the sales they cost about the same as a set of tires. It was worth it to me to be able to run tires until they are gone and switch mid weekend versus replacing them early to make sure I had...
Good idea on the one piece driveshaft. My mustang felt noticeably quicker on acceleration due to the less rotating mass when I installed one
*Edited to add*
also had a lighter flywheel and clutch installed at the same time so they all helped...
My 2017 is also moving to the Right during braking most noticeably on the braking after the long straight:It's doing it for some time actually. I would advice you to first start by checking your rear wheel hubs because the bouncy feeling...
bedded them per instructions. I have Vorshlag deflectors in the front for cooling. The first few sessions it was fine but the second trackday all I feel and hear is shuddering and the bite is gone. While they still stopped somewhat okay, I had to... (see full post)
Do you know how hot the rotors are getting? Use temperature-indicating paint to find out (I'm sure it's available from a race supply shop in your country). With that knowledge, you can use the temp.-friction charts many race brake companies have...
Installed the Maximum Motorsport K member with the Boss 302s delrin bushings in the original front control arms
I got Dean @ Kohr to remove the oem bushings and press in the delrin ones. Also installed the maximum Motorsport bump steer kit and...
I get my track wheels (3) in the back with a rear seat delete and 1 in the trunk (2021).Everyone loves apex but I went with Konigs and am very happy for a lower cost (23lbs each)Its a PITA to change wheels at the track, but I do it. (see full post)
