Toe plates and a camber gauge of some sort will get you 95% there. I have a longacre camber gauge (like a large triangle) but the small magnetics look much handier - I'm going to get some to try. Many use string but I have not had good luck... (see full post)
"Little boiler". 😆That is what I was thinking it was. I guess it warms up the fluid in to get it up to operating temperature more quickly? That is on your S550 car, too? (see full post)
Here is the long and detailed thread by @Rodpwnz on cooling his S550 A10 automatic. Sorry it is on another site (mustang6G) but it is well worth reading... (see full post)

The solution is by pass the thermostat "little boiler" thing under the car. I can help you with what should work. Not plug and play but absolutely doable (see full post)
@flyhalf also cured his automatic transmission heat issues, but, again, he is in an S550.Link:

@Rodpwnz has an S550 but has basically cured his hot automatic transmission fluid temperature. One thing he added was an Improved Racing thermostat leading to an aftermarket cooler in front of the car.He wrote, "I believe I linked the main FSM... (see full post)
The 7H322 part, up toward the top of the picture, is an automatic transmission cooler control valve. I believe it does basically the same thing as the Improved Racing inline oil thermostat. Here is what it looks like: (see full post)
S650 automatic transmission, Performance Package and Dark Horse. The parts diagram . . .7H322 at the top is a thermostat.7A095B, down at the bottom, is a heat exchanger with hot engine coolant warming the transmission fluid. It sits... (see full post)
Neither Kenny Brown nor Fluidyne make a triple pass radiator for the S650 yet. They do each make an S550, so maybe if you hit them up they will address this potential market, since there are three, almost four years of production now. (see full post)
Excellent post.If I could figure out the fluid routing and temperature of that thermostat from Ford (I see you said 190°), I bet we could figure out how to do something similar in the S650 to what you did to the S550.Maybe a lower temperature... (see full post)
I finally found a FR500 block for my big bore build. Just found 8 NOS sleeves to start fresh. Now should I go 3.75 crank. This is more of a road rally car now and one or two track days a year. The rest of the engine is Ported Fr500 4v, Cams...
I believe I linked the main FSM page, where you can then click a button to customize and choose the inner thermostat temp. Based on the thermostat temp you choose, the part number will change, hence FSM-165 for 165F, and FSM-145 for 145F... (see full post)
I use the Klein model and it works great. If the cheaper one works just as well you will not be disappointed, great cheap hack for setting camber. For toe I use the Longacre plates, works good enough for me. (see full post)
Perfect, call Reliable! Call Larry Donatelli at Reliable Carriers ( 1-800-521-6393 ext. 6281 ) and tell him Bill Pemberton suggested for you to call. I used Reliable for over 2.5 decades while selling high end performance vehicles ( Vipers, GT... (see full post)
I am buying a dad cab from NY and need to ship it back to LA. Anyone have a recommendation for a shipper or broker? Not looking for fast, just looking for enclosed and reliable.
