Mad Hatter
Gotta go Faster
I have been lucky enough to get my self back up on top of our category and the way the points are now, all will be decided in Nov, when we have a three hour endurance race... We get a 10min break after an hour with a driver change and back out for an hour.
Will need to have a bigger fuel tank as my stock tank gives me about 30 min of track time. Any suggestions for a fuel cell that fits in the trunk?? Will be using a fresh set of P2000 Contis in 320/650-18. And if they don't last have another set of 295/30-19 R7s with about 70% life left.
For the race, the engine will have new valve springs and timing chain kit installed, Morosso oil pan as well as the CJ pump and LM intake only cam. Already have the tranny cooler installed and thats working well.
the hardest part is choosing the second driver..... The car is rather personal item!! and finding a driver I trust is the harder then I thought!
the Gloc brake pads worked great but went through a set in the last event.... So only about 2 hours of driving.... Will switch to a set of Pagid RSL 29 pads for the endurance race.
Any suggestions would be very welcome!!!
