Christmas Eve is here and things are winding down for the BIG day tomorrow....I still have more eggplant parm stuff to do, but that's not a worry. We still have snow cover here in CT, but with temps in the 50's today and tomorrow and rain on the way it might not last long enough for Santa when He gets here. This is a very joyous tyme of year and very magical in it's own way, especially for the little ones...they will never forget this tyme of year.......I know I have memories that I will always cherish!!!...Merry Christmas to everyone and their families and to all "a good night"...............

We had a dusting last night. Temps in the teens.
Ham is in the fridge, potatoes and fixings ready to go.
It will be a quiet Christmas here. Daughter is on the west coast. Maybe next year we can all get together.

Making my famous bolognese sauce for the family as we decided to go Pasta this year to change things up. Might be a few Grey Goose Martinis in my near future.

Finally got thru prepping the stuff for my world famous eggplant parm for tomorrow's Christmas dinner.....I'm getting too old for this stuff...I rememember in 1985 I made a lasagna and an eggplant parm for Christmas for 10 people at the dinner table.I don't know how I did it................................plus salad and garlic bread...............HO HO HO

As predicted all snow has melted except for piles left from shoveling/plowing. Wind howling outside with rain pelting the windows. Power outages later as the winds get worst..Santa was by a little while ago and had his cookies and milk.....Christmas will always be Christmas!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!..Rudolph leading the way this year................
