Throwout bearing is starting to go. I figured id look into replacing everything while I’m there. I don’t know much about clutches/flywheels/throwout bearings… I’m staying NA FBO so what would be ideal for track use/weekend driving? Looking for suggestions on all 3. I love durability over performance.

If you can, try to find an aluminum flywheel, it's an easy way to really pick up some acceleration on the street or road course.

I don’t know 4.6 clutches but having just gone through this myself I would replace rear main seal while trans is out.
