Cones - not just for ice cream
Are you doing flex line the whole way, or hard line for the majority? Downside of hard line with AN fittings is having to buy another flare tool.

What are your thoughts on line size?

I would go 1/2" to -8AN for the main run, 3/8" to -6AN for the return line.

Thank you for the input. I was thinking I needed to upsize to 1/2” for the feed line. Unfortunately Ford used 3/8” on the S197. I will try and finish getting my shopping list together tonight. Oh and thanks for the offer to use the flaring tool. I will not take you up on it this time. I have the tubing benders and flaring tools I need for this project.

1/2" hardline, filter, PTFE -8 AN line and fittings ordered. We will see how much I feel like doing this weekend.

Made some progress. Radium fuel hanger and new AEM pump is in tank. Fuel filter is mounted under car and line is fabbed up from filter to tank. I made a bad bend on the front line and did not have a big enough piece to make another one. Ordering more hard line tonight.
A couple of things to note. The OEM fuel pump retainer tool is great for removing the factory pump. It does not clear the integrated pressure regulator and out fitting on the Radium hanger. I had to remove both to get clearance to reinstall the lock ring. Also, the hole in the floor is smaller than the lock ring. You need to cut and bend a notch in it to get the lock ring out of your way. You can see it in the bottom right corner of the first picture.
