Got fancy with this presentation . Sometimes you just need to eat... Cheapo Aldi prepackaged bacon wrapped steaks, instant mashed tatatas and frozen green beans with seasoning done in the toaster oven. Actually was a pretty good meal.

and the ketchup.............it's a taste to be acquired and so desired and very few get there......................except when they have french fries....................don't forget the salt..............

Ketchup on steak? At least you have good taste in cars.

I kinda follow a basic recipe.. then mix vinegars... add garlic & red pepper flake... sweet & sour with a tiny zing... love them on grilled burgers or sausages...

One of my favorites . Delete the pepper flakes and add a scotch bonnet or habanero.

Picked up this glorious left over pig and cow parts cooked salami for cheap and thought if people can smoke or grill bologna why not this. Thought it was going to be gross but ended up tasty. Now I kick myself- forgot to add pepperoncini peppers as another topping.

I overcooked this somewhat for my liking, but since I was sharing with Holly it was a bit of a sacrifice for me.

1 1/2lbs USDA Prime ribeye from the local grocer butcher.

Fiorentina cut T-Bone steak, easily feeds 2 with leftovers for 2 philliy steak sandwiches. (Similar to a Tomahawk) Pan seared (8min each side) basting with it's juices and garlic butter, and then oven baked for 10min.
