Fall is here. Hot sausage meatball mix stuffed banana and cubbanelle peppers. 2 big pans par baked and for the freezer and one for me now. The trick to stuffing banana peppers is to cut the end off so it lets the air out = more tighter packed stuffing.

Just like track days, grillin days are winding down, faster than you want to admit.........so is the growing season here in Ct, sad to say.The sun and temp change take a huge toll on plants this time of year.......just before the first frost ends everything in a couple of weeks......

I love cooking with charcoal...especially B&B. Wish Holly liked it as much as I do.
What?!? Get that grill going in the winter. I won't fight anything below 20 though. 30s game on!

That is one thing I love about the Traeger...I don't care what the outside temp is. All I have to do is walk outside and flip on the power switch. And it has its own sand filled blanket for extra insulation...although I need to purchase a new one.
I was using a gas grill for a while....it was easy and quick.....But I went back to a charcoal grill.....You can't beat the flavor and taste of a steak or burger or even a hotdog hot off the grill!!!
