Hit the jackpot today! Fresh morels. I separated the butter/olive oil from sauteing and will fry some steaks or burgers with later this week. Typical mushroom - cook down to nothing.

Have great childhood memories of going mushroom hunting in Hartz mountains in Germany while visiting Grandparents. Wild fresh shrooms are soo good!!
