Was truly tasty. 30min on the grill with indirect heat. 666 grams for each steak. For the none metric.... thats a 23 Oz steak!!!

Alright @302BOB …my second attempt. Still not pretty but the taste was there. And yes I like my pepperoni a little on the crisp side. Those are about 2 minute each. Still gotta figure that round AND thin part out.
