Dentist today........After Xrays....it seems that root canal tooth I've been avoiding....can't be avoided anymore.........The Boss is even shivering in anticipation of what's next..........You wanna eat...you gotta have teeth.............or get used to soup..................That's a metaphor you can apply to many things in life......if soup is the least, My Boss feast is the best.........I cherish that meal every time!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Get the work done and be done with it. My first root canal lasted 40 years. A good dentist is like a good wife. The pain is all worth it In the long run. Lol!

Best advice, pull it and get an implant. Cost is a little more but in the end it is well worth it. And eventually it will need to be removed anyway.

Steve, I hear you........I went thru this long ago in my teens with a rt back molar......first root canal, then it needed something else and finally had to be pulled.....now an empty space there..............no bridge, no implant, no aggravation.money well not spent.........I now understand why old folks ( like me) are so toothless...........They can't afford to keep them.............I had dental ins when I was working, but I'm on my own now............Hey, after what I've been thru....................I'll deal with it...
