So true , as many who have suffered severe losses , battled health issues, etc. often find a much different outlook on life than others. A good friend of mine said , " I wonder if everyone had a major health issue if they would appreciate life and others more." I had to admit , as a Cancer Survivor I understood his thought process and I do know I find there are many small items in life I enjoy and soak in more today than in the past.

I saw a 2024 Nissan Z heritage dressed in Orange the other day....the color was.very close to my Comp Orange Boss, but just not quite as bold............I'm staying with my Boss.............

I'm finding Hon's new Iphone Pro 16 amazing....Son says it's light yrs ahead of my 5yr old computer.............the old dog in me is fighting the urge to upgrade..............." there is nothing to fear but fear itself".......And the story will continue............My flip top phone fits in any pocket............

Flip Top phone ..........heck why not invite the kids in your neighborhood to come by and for a small admittance fee you can show them a flip phone. Pretty sure most have never seen one and you might earn enough to buy a new Apple 13-14 . Those are heavily discounted but are light years ahead of your archaic device, ha.

Bill. you're right about me having an archiac phone , but just go back to where I came from..........My first cell phone looked like a walkie-talkie that they used in the OLD Combat TV series( with Vic Morrow...

I had one of those phones also, but trying to get you into the 21st Century bud, ha! I have another friend who, like you, loves his flip phone and refuses to get a new Apple, Samsung, etc. for any reason. Actually, many of us should be surprised a little , since we figure you were still using a rotary dial, ha, ha.

Love you man, change can be good though, so do let us know if you get a new phone in the next few years!

Hon's Juke not wanting to start today.........New battery 2 months ago....fobs have new batteries ...........any help would be appreciated Juke is in the driveway blocking my Boss that needs some exercise stuck n the garage..................it never ends...........but when it does you won't care.......................

I need to get to the grocery store soon It's not like i'm going to starve, but things that I need are starting to get low..........I would go today, but temps are only in in the 30's...a bit too cold for my shorts and knee brace...I'm not expecting a heat wave, but maybe things will be a little better later down the road...........I tried to get directions for that Eden place on mapquest but those I got were VERY vague............My Boss Eden taker is stuck in the garage....................

"Today's Birthdays"...........Actor/ Comedian Dick Van Dyke is 99 today....I'm taking bets if He will see 100 or I will see 70.............I checked with Las Vegas.............The odds are about the same....They must know more than me......................................

I'm enjoying the nut cake I ordered online.. from buttermaid.........My Mom used to make her nut cakes every Christmas along with every cookie you could imagine, boy did that kitchen smell good back then!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!................Memories run deep when you go down memory lane and you don't need mapquest to get there...............
