Bummer. We don’t have taxes on personal property here in Hellanois, just real property. They Do know how to tax the home.

Grandson Ace spent the night with me and Grandma last night. The phase of Him not talking or walking will soon be coming to an end...........He turns one in September. The talking part I look forward to...........the walking part not so much.........with Him being more mobile will increase the opportunities for Him to get into "trouble"!! My castle is FAR from being "child proof" anymore which will probably have to change drastically soon...I didn't realize how good I had it when Galaxy and Peanut ( my "grand Pitt Bulls") came by!!!!!!!!!

the 1903 Model A wasn't exactly a hot rod back then...
That's the Gen 1 Model A (1903-04). When most people say "Ford Model A" they're thinking of the Gen 2 (1927-31), which replaced the Model T (1908-27). The Gen 2 Model A gave way in 1932 to the 4-cylinder-engined Model B and the V8-powered Model 18; the Model 18 being the first Ford to use the famous Flathead V8 (and is the basis of a Deuce Coupe - "Deuce" referring to the 2 in '32).

I just got a call from Son..........He's inviting us over for Din-Din later!!!........... His S.O. is making Pizza............I've already had a taste of her eggplant parm, so I know She knows what She's doing........................This gives me something to look forward to!!!!..........Sorry Hon, your chicken drumsticks and roasted potatoes will have to wait til tomorrow...".Bon Appetite" will soon be coming my way!!!!...:hellyeah:

OK, A follow up to the Pizza dinner at Son's castle last nite..............one word....FABULOUS!!!!!,,,,,,,I was impressed and I'm a Pizza" con -a- sir" ...Son's S.O. had one pie waiting for us when we got there and made three more while we waited for more....these are 12 inch pies , but still..............She made her own dough the day before, which was light and crisp .....more than I can say when I make mine!!!!..........even the Boys enjoyed some crust after staring us down.......A great time was had by everybody......It was a time to remember, for sure!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!....I understand this has nothing to do with Mustangs or racing-but it has a lot to do with families and life and that's the core of everything that matters!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
