Garage Floor Recommendation - Tiles, Epoxy, Other?

I am preparing a plan to coat or tile my garage floor. There's a gray non-slick epoxy looking stuff I have seen in other garages that seems like a good option ----- especially if I want to install a lift/Bendpak unit later, etc. Or, interlocking type tiles? Or?

What have you done with your garage floors? Recommendations?
