Parts list;

Items Ordered:
1. FR3Z2B120C
Front Disc Brake Caliper Price: $239.73
2. FR3Z2B121C
Front Disc Brake Caliper Price: $252.35
3. FR3Z2068C
Disc Brake Anti-Rattle Clip Price: $74.82
4. DR3Z1125A

There is also a $100 core charge for the calipers so it is about a $906 + 125 for a set of front brake hoses or $1030 upgrade. Note the rotors have to be 2013-14 15" rotors, the '15-'17 rotors are totally different offset.

I know this is kind of an old thread, but I was looking at upgrading my 14" Brembos for the 15" set up and the part numbers for the calipers have been superseded. The replacement part #s (JR3Z-2B121-A , JR3Z-2B120-A)
descriptions are for 4 piston calipers. Does anyone know if the 6 piston 15" Brembo calipers are still available?

I just did the 6 pot upgrade over the winter. Those numbers still work on the Rock Auto search and look available. Make sure your wheels will clear.
Calipers: JR3Z-2B121-A / BRCF- 431 and JR3Z-2B120-A / BRCF - 430
Stock Rotors: DR3Z-1125-A / BRRF - 218
Scroll about half way down on my first build page for pics.

I was checking on places like Tasca Parts, Levittown, etc. I didn't think about Rock Auto. I am running 19 x 10 Apex EC-7 wheels, so clearance shouldn't be an issue.

Just recently got another S550 caliper set from @OPMustang Tim. I think I must have imported about a 1/2 dozen so far. Great price and service.
I looked at www.opmustang.com and don't see calipers listed anywhere. Is it something you need to contact Tim for? Also what did the pair run you?

You have to contact Tim directly, they dont have them on the website. i always get a hold of them by email...

Last caliper set I got was with pads and hardware so I don't remember the caliper price of the top of my head.

I will take in those poor 4 pot front brembo calipers from the brembo/track pack S197s if anyone is planning on selling their calipers to update to the 6 pot.

Have see quite a few S197 mustangs down here inheriting the 4pot calipers from the Base S550 as they upgrade to the 15in brembos. But using the 14" s197 discs.

You can't give away the 14" S550 discs. Except maybe as scrap or weights for a bench.

Unfortunately, I only have enough cash to be competitive in FS autocross, and the brembos are the one thing (besides wheels/tires, looking to update to the 19x9 or 18x9 if possible) that I'm missing. I can't use the S550 calipers unless I want to be bumped up into an even more $competitive$ class.

Just in case, I meant you should be able to use the 4 pot base calipers of the 14" stock setup from the S550... Should be a pretty cheap option.

I switched to the 6 Piston S550 Brembos with the 2013-2014 GT500 15" Girodisc rotors for this year. I have had TERRIBLE pad knockback. I'm planning to switch to a 2013-2014 GT500 Brembo caliper for next year. I found the knockback to make me far to uncomfortable. I think the issue really lies with the difference in master cylinder size vs the piston area. I'll probably have a set of S550 6 piston Brembo Calipers and a set of S197 4 Piston Brembo calipers for sale soon.

This is the first really negative I have heard about the S550 6 piston conversion. How bad is terrible? I have a set of calipers and rotors ready to go on my car this winter. I haven't bought pads yet, so it may be a good time to look for a pair of the GT500 6 piston calipers.
