Ford had a problem with their supplier. The front and rear of the LCA SHOULS be different. The rear is wider. Unfortunately, some were produced incorrectly/ Both front and rear are the same. I had th same and installed along with a few others on this site.
Gary assisted with contacting Ford and securing replacements.
Since your arms have not been installed, contact your supplier and exchange.
