M-5649-R1 Control Arms and M-5650-A Relocation Brackets

I just received the M-5649-R1 Rear Lower Control Arms and M-5650-A Lower Control Arm Relocation Brackets.

Is this much of a gap (about 1/8 of an inch) normal?

NO!!!

Ford had a problem with their supplier. The front and rear of the LCA SHOULS be different. The rear is wider. Unfortunately, some were produced incorrectly/ Both front and rear are the same. I had th same and installed along with a few others on this site.

Gary assisted with contacting Ford and securing replacements.

Since your arms have not been installed, contact your supplier and exchange.

Search for LCA threads on this site for more details if needed.
