BTW, there's an eBay seller that has the FL500S oil filters - $23.49 for a 3 pack and $36.99 for a 6 pack, free shipping in both cases.

I just ordered the 6 pack. That works out to $6.17 per filter. The local Ford dealer wants $10 plus sales tax. Kmans Parts has them for $5.49 but shipping is over $12 to me for 6 of them.

advance auto carries the 500S filters for about ~$6ea

Ordered 4 cases 5W50 Mobil 1 (@$5.89 / qt) from NAPA and it was in the next day. The NAPA web site had the part number (different # in Florida?) but glad I took the number with me because it expedited the order process.

ps: Installed a Ford Racing 820S filter on a friend's '09 GT500 this weekend and it's a way different filter than our FL500S. I can't believe FR calls it a replacement for the FL500S.

ford racing fl820 is what ford racing recommend for the road runner engine, it`s standard on the 302S and 302R engines

I just ordered three more cases of M1 this week, then I found this. M1 @ Oreilly's Auto Parts for 5.49 qt.
