Some progress and wrap up photos from our three day installation of a fresh engine in @biggsy car. Warren was a great guest and a very helpful mechanic making his car come back from a two year layoff. Still has to figure out getting that PMAS to fit and to complete his oil cooler install. But he will be in good hand with Adam at Revolution Auto in his home State of MD to get the tune completed and Dyno runs done. Oh and the car got its first bath in what seemed like 2 years as well. Too nice of a car to be that dirty.🤞IMG_2567.jpegIMG_2568.jpegIMG_2570.jpegIMG_2572.jpegIMG_2573.jpegIMG_2574.jpegIMG_2576.jpegIMG_1114.jpegIMG_1115.jpegIMG_1116.jpegIMG_2578.jpegIMG_2579.jpegIMG_2568.jpegIMG_2570.jpegIMG_2572.jpegIMG_2573.jpegIMG_2574.jpegIMG_2576.jpegIMG_1114.jpegIMG_1115.jpegIMG_1116.jpegIMG_2578.jpegIMG_2579.jpeg

And now the big dog gets to eat. Another swap for the 21. Freshly done Coyote with a revised set of GSC-Power Division Alpha 2 road race minded cams. Current set of A1 cams proved to be a bit too peaky and lost too much torque from 4500-5500 rpm versus the OE cams. So since we need a fresh clutch for the MCA event at Road Atlanta in 3 weeks I decided to go all in and get the swap done. Gotta thank @EF1 for volunteering to come help Saturday and to @OPMustang Tim , the guys at RPG in Maryville TN and Ken Osborne of OZ Tuning for their continued support and enjoyment of the progress of the 21 Car. Start up video of the newish GSC-Power Division Alpha V2 cammed engine in the 21 Car. The comment at the beginning refers to the fact that leaving the throttle body connector off will make you doubt you reason for living. Some more work to install the exhaust and put the fluid in the transmission and she will be ready to head to the dyno at Red's Performance Garage in Maryville TN to let Ken Osborne work his magic. Hope to see some of you at Road Atlanta for the MCA Anniversary event August 28-30.
