Re: What did you do to your boss today?

Ill be honest I didn't look real hard, just a quick glance. But it was around the axle area. I was assuming it was the muffler but i guess its the resonator. And its normal to have the dent like that?

Re: What did you do to your boss today?

Did a little work on the Boss last month, and now it has about 500 miles since the install. Had her in the air again this morning to check torque specs and visual inspection, no problems found, all is well. Getting ready for my trip to
Milville, NJ next month.

- Koni Sports, (Yellows)
- Steeda HD camber plates, (I like the Index Arrow)
- Steeda SS/Kevlar Brake Lines
- Motul brake fluid flush
- 13.8" rear rotors & caliper relocation brackets
- Energy Suspension Differential housing upper bushing & sleeve
- Steeda Adj. UCA - re-center rear differential housing, (move diff housing back .75" note: used with KB Rear Grip Kit
previously installed.
- FRPP Forged Wheel kit (19.0"X9.0" Frt. - 19.0X10.0" Rear)
- Service Rear Diff Fliud

Good results with this set-up, I run this FRPP "T" springs and the Koni Sports have helped quite a bit in controlling the rebound of the rear springs.

I have been thinking about installing a 18mm RSB to test changes in handling, but the KB PB Relo brackets make this questionable as to clearance issues.

I have noticed big improvements with controlling oversteer, and she straightens out much quicker with throttle on Apex exits. Once I see pavement, I'm gone. The Boss is truly an amazing Street/Comp car.

Have fun with your Boss.

Very nice. I think the FRPP wheels look terrific on your car, as they did mine, and I often regret selling mine. But they look good on Fiddler49's Boss so at least they went to a good home.

Re: What did you do to your boss today?

Changed out the Baer 14" caliper backing plates for the Ford ones that are correct for the 13.89" GT500 rear rotors Am trying to eliminate all reasons for accelerated rear brake pad wear. Figure the Ford parts make keep the caliper in better alignment than the add on Baer mount. Of course had to pull the axles so changed the axle lube for my new secret concoction.

Washed, clay bar-ed and polished the boss today. Started at noon and finished at 8:15PM!
Still have to apply sealant tomorrow and wax the following day.

Spotted so many rock chips from track events... reminded me why I hated detailing the car

Doing my best to take good care of them. :)

Re: What did you do to your boss today?

Finally finished the brake cooling kit install, then flush and fill with castrol. Took 3 times longer than it should; couldn't get the hose routing right - the drivers wheel kept rubbing. Finally took off the plastic shield on that side. Now need to plan my next track day!

I ordered this from WR

http://shop.watsonracing.com/Center-Stack-Gauge-Switch-Panel-Switches-p/wr-ctrstkwbtncj.htm

I never use the radio and my mechanic works on all the cobra jets for the pc richard racing team. Said it will be easy to wire up ign, push to start heat and a/c but it will be full blast which is the way i run it anyway. Gauges are gonna be electric autometers boost, oil pressure oil temp, fuel
