Status changed from "sent to plant" to "sent to body shop". Do you know what the next status will be and the time frame? I see that the ETA changed from 8/2 to 8/9. Based on other cars people have ordered, is the ETA generally accurate as the date it arrives at the dealer?

The the build basically goes like this:
Body Shop
Paint Shop
Trim Line
And then out to Ramp 51, (some have called it Area 51 or the Black Hole).

ETA is an estimate. Some arrive before the ETA, some on the day, some after.

The last update still shows your Boss is in the Body Shop.

Not sure why the ETA hasen't been updated. It left by rail yesterday.

As of the July 28th update:

Since it's being shipped by convoy, the updates don't seem to happen as fast as when shipped by rail. I would expect it to show up at the dealer anytime soon.

Let me first of say how grateful I am that you are willing to take the time respond to these requests...

This is more nerve racking than when my wife and I had our children...LOL...

Fortunatly my salesman at the dealership is is one of us and does not mind me pinging him twice a day... I think he is more anxious than I am.

I will let you know when it is delivered... No pun intended
