I guess I am going for the world record on leaving ramp 51. Mark, on 6/7 it showed Dependable Allied and with this update it shows Allied Systems. Does this mean its assigned to a particular shipper and has its status changed since yesterday? Thanks

You have a way to go for the "Longest Wait Award" or the "Ramp 51 Award". Although I have had my Boss for 5 weeks now it sat at Ramp 51 for over 60 days. I hope you don't need to wait as long as I, or some other early build owners had too. It is all worth it though and there is a downside to post delivery...I really missed not getting the daily posts from Mark (JMB). He became a part of my day for so long that I had to find a new way to deal with my up and down emotional conflicts...

Wow, I knew the first ones were held due to stripe issues, but 60 days? I expect there is some issue with my car by it being 31 days and no shipment. Oh well, all I can do is fidget and wait.

If you look at the google earth image of the plant at Flat Rock, you will see a ginormous parking lot and staging area next to the rail road tracks. I'm sure Ford isn't going to be sending out half filled rail cars just to deliver vehicles as fast as possible. Nothing we can do but wait...

A few years back I ordered a new Escape for my wife. Two wheel drive, black cloth seats 6cd changer etc. The car shipped and was on a rail car heading for Illinois. I was stationed in Washington state so I flew home to pick up the car. Three weeks after it shipped. When I got to the dealership, Uncles family owned the dealership, No Escape. A search was done and the car was found on a rail siding. Would not be arriving any time soon. I ended up buying a Escape off the lot with the options I wanted. Hope my wife is not reading this.

Car finally arrived 7 weeks later. The rail company missed the delivery date, also the 5 week window that are allowed.

So yes, S*** happend.

The wait is never fun. The car sure will be. I waited 10 weeks order to delivery of my Boss. My daughter always comments that I just smile the whole time I drive the car. You will also.

Yes, it means Allied is the shipper now.

Sorry Steve... I'm pullin' for ya, as well as the other Grabber Blue guys (and others, but there seem to be a lot of GB on the long wait list) who have already been waiting longer than either of us, their build dates were in May. Are you taking delivery in TN?
