Last time was over 60 days at Ramp 51, but you know that in fact you probably still know the vin by heart on BOSS #1. LOL

laguna seca #210 if any one cares has arrived....i think yours might be on track for delivery because yours went by rail. mine got shipped via truck. its a 8 hour drive via truck.

Mine is almost there, it should land in the rail yard today if it didn't roll in last night. Then it's just an 80 mile ride north to the dealer. Make sure you get some good pix!

It will not get a VIN until it gets it's Scheduled Build Date. VINs are usually assigned about 3 or 4 weeks prior to its allocation week.

Is a material hold since February normal?

Ask your dealer if your Boss order is a Q3 or Q4 allocation, until it gets pulled, it will show up as 'unscheduled - material hold'. For an explanation on how Ford's ordering system works, give this a read;

Hey, 13boss3oh2:

Any word on your car moving yet? As of this morning, my 5/21 build date car is still at Ramp 51. My dealer has called and called and Ford says nothing about it except that it has not been shipped. The dealer wanted it in their 2 quarter sales, so they tried to really push it's delivery, but no success. Sounds like you are having the same situation. I know I have aggravated Mark too much, and I guess I just need to let it go. This will dampen the excitement once I actually get it.

I have not heard a thing on the car. Am beginning to wonder if it even exists. I am going to talk to the dealer again today....
