So I needed to change out the TPMS sensors in my truck. I found this on E bay, and it worked pretty good. Back in the old days of 70, 60 and 50 series tires I could change tires using this and a couple of tire irons, these days, not so much.
It takes a bit to get used to but it worked like a champ.
I gripped the old TPMS sensor with needle nose vice grips, then sawed the screw in half so it wouldn't fall into the tire.
Also,I removed all the rags I used to insulate the tool so you can see how it works.
