Ok done. Added a shelf in on the he stove wall to line up spices when I cook. Nothing square, true or level in this house. This was like putting a puzzle together, missing 5 pieces and making new ones at different thicknesses then leveling.....

While we are on the subject of sniffs and Pork, dinner last night was a 5 spice brined pork. Slow cooked at 250F for an hour. Had a Suttle flavor of Chinese BBQ pork.
