There was so much delightful butter and olive oil in the onions it was dripping off! I couldn't even think about adding an additional. The buns were lightly buttered. That's what I would call a perfectly tender piece of meat if I ever saw one, bet it tasted amazing!Been a minute since I fired up the smoker and cooked a brisket, I got the urge this week so I defrosted a 22# wagyu and loaded it up!
While I was at it, I took the fat trimmings and rendered a quart and a half of liquid gold tallow
