Went to the heart doctor today............everything is looking great!!!!!!!!!!.............."see you in three months".......this seems like a life long adventure along with my Primary care doc......Boys, stay well and healthy if you can!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!...............You don't want to get caught up in the maze of doc appts and meds if you can avoid it...............trust me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My solar Casio watch on my computer desk really loves this time of year!......The sun angle shines right on it for an hour or two in the morning..this watch gotta be at least 15 yrs old and still going strong......goes a little fast.....it gained a little over 2 mins since I've had it............................................I don't know how to set it so it stays the same all yr long..................
