ost all the rest of my Rutgers tomatoes to the frost last weekend. I was away on a RV trip when Jack came and toasted them all.

Sad we have to buy Grocery Tomatoes til next growing season..But it's better than nothing...........I'll put my BLT's and Grilled cheeses off til then.......Glad I got my wink back!!!!!!!!!!

Son stopped by today with an offer to take me & Hon for pizza in New Haven Friday with his SO, Iris. Only Condition is I can't bring my cane. This may pose a problem since his Jeep is over 3 ft high to get into. I really don't need the cane to walk, but this may be a challenge.........For the love of good pizza..by hook or crook..I'll get it done!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I figured this out!!!! We'll drive up to New Haven and have the pizza delivered to the Jeep!!!.....or else take the 40in tires off and put 14's on.

You can hear the wind whipping out there and feel the temps falling to low 30's tonight.....this is coming TOO quick!!!!.....it was 80 just 2 weeks ago...........boy ,did we get spoiled!!!!!!!!!!

Nice sunny day today, all tho wind chills will be in the 30's all day. I finally figured out how our pizza trip to New Haven may go tomorrow.........To avoid that lofty Jeep, Son will ask to take the Boss with Iris,with me & Hon following them in the Juke. I can live with that. The pizza order may be a little more challenging with 2 vegans on board. Son mentioned Iris would go for a mushroom pie, so I'm thinking a large 1/2 mushroom, 1/2 cheese for them and 1/2 pepperoni, 1/2 sausage pie for Hon & me....well see........I do have the Boss mentioned here, so this is certainly relevant to forum business...

Grant, upon further review, I see you might have meant the 4K post challenge for 2018. That one may have to be deferred til 2019. The challenge to go to New Haven with Son tomorrow is what I was focusing on............

We went to Modern Pizza in New Haven,Ct.

Just saw on the news today, Modern Pizza voted #3 in the country! I'm demanding a recount...Should be #1.............I'll be there tomorrow, without the cane!
