APEX EC-7 wheels fit over '13-14 GT500 15" brakes. I have them on my car and run the APEX wheels hard at the track with Nitto NT01 275/40-18s
https://www.apexraceparts.com/shop-by-vehicle/mustang/s197-sn95-mustang/18x10-et43-apex-ec-7-mustang-wheel.html

Problem is - they are out of stock until March 2017 or so.

Apex states on their website that they clear.
They clear the new Baer Extremes I just installed, and there's room to grow.
I could have gotten 15" rotors in there!

Not much to see, they just look like big red calipers, but I'll post up some pics when I get home tonight...just for you. ;)

PM me and I can send you a few pics. I don't subscribe to any photo sharing sites....but, they do fit very nicely. Just have to stick the weights in the barrel to clear the caliper.

The pf01 10.5 and sve 18/10 wheels are definitely No for this setup. Any other 10.5" wheels that might work?

How about the 18x11 Forgestar F14 from Vorshlag?

Thanks

I believe Vorshlag has already tested the Forgestar CF5 to get over the S550 brakes and that is a viable option.

I can't find the photo/results. @modernbeat ??

This thread has me wanting to spend money I don't have!

I have driven a 2016 GT PP and the brakes are ridiculous, even compared to my Boss with Ferodo 2500s and stainless lines. This relatively easy upgrade is seriously tempting. Just wonder if they would fit behind my FF01 20x10.5s with the 3mm spacer I currently use.

From the OP's post....Yes to the Caliper, no to the Rotor!! He has the parts numbers listed and explained... And its cheaper that way!!... One day, When a set of 18x11 CF5 Forgelines are under the Christmas tree....... I will go this route!!

Parts list;

Items Ordered:
1. FR3Z2B120C
Front Disc Brake Caliper Price: $239.73
2. FR3Z2B121C
Front Disc Brake Caliper Price: $252.35
3. FR3Z2068C
Disc Brake Anti-Rattle Clip Price: $74.82
4. DR3Z1125A
Disc Brake Rotor Price: $221.06
There is also a $100 core charge for the calipers so it is about a $906 + 125 for a set of front brake hoses or $1030 upgrade. Note the rotors have to be 2013-14 15" rotors, the '15-'17 rotors are totally different offset.
Steve

Bumping up the great list
