Stripes are doing quite well, thank you. They're very happy to be so close to the side exhaust with the 5/8" hole disks!

REALLY disappointed as I was told that my Boss would be showing up this weekend. Not sure why it's so hard to track these things.

My dealership said "so far it has not shown up here yet...the update board says its still sitting on the ramp, but that its estimated delivery date is june 10th...so we aren't sure which info is correct...it has been acting a little funny with the mustang info, especially the boss...trying to keep it quiet on the locations of the bosses so outsiders cant find them..."

Not quite sure what "sitting on the ramp" means or how much trying to keep their locations on the down low has to do with it. When I bought my Benz, I was able to track that thing from build to location of the ship to delivery--every step of the way. Not sure why this seems to be such a black hole!

VVS never updated after my car was assigned a shipper and arrived 3 days after the last ETA. So it will may just show up at the dealer with no warning sometime this week.

Just got an update, but not really an update. Car is built, not released, but still shows an ETA of 6/20. (nothing new) I hope that date doesn't slip again. I am planning on picking it up next week, unless things change.

I will just have to go out to the plant again this weekend I guess. Hey, it's fathers day, so why not, if that's what I want to do. LOL

Ladies and Gentlemen,
I present to you #849.
She's a little dirty from transport, but not for long. It's the first Boss on the Hampton Roads Peninsula. The second allocation for this Dealer is fourth quarter, so I may be the only one in Williamsburg for a while. Playing hooky from work tomorrow (sick leave, cough, cough). Gotta do some detailing then get the windows tinted and clear bra. I don't remember who gave me the tip for the front license plate bracket, but it works great. Thanks!

Wally, what was your build ship and delivery dates again?

Ordered: 20 Apr; Build date: 23 May; ETA Week: 8 Jun; arrived on 14 Jun. BTW, Ford never updated the ETA and when the sales manager called, they said it was still awaiting transport in Flatrock. Maybe Ford needs to partner with UPS or FEDEX for logistical clarity. ;D
