Car sounds great! I’ve always wondered about a 0.90 5th gear, but it doesn’t sound like you get much of an RPM drop and then running out of gear by the end of those long straights. What size tires?

Only us old guys may remember a movie quote from years back by Cary Grant, and I have to change the saying just a wee bit and utter a similar phrase to his to describe his emotions, " Julie, Julie , Julie!"

Its a short window to get into 5th. However it hammers once in. (that is what she said)

I can go into 6th and get close to 160. More testing on this in July.

Only take right sides on the curbing. Those new pyramids will do damage and I wasn't risking being over aggressive in shakedown.

The new motor sounds good. Hopefully it fares better than the last one. Do you have any ideas on what caused the timing chain failure?
