This is geared to the S197, but I'm sure it can be applied to other models. I have had the occaision to replace a few O2 sensors on my 07 Shelby. The GT is not as bad, but the 5.4 with the blower is a major PITA to replace the upstream sensors. The problem is that you just can'tget access to where the upstream sensors, in the blower car it was almost impossible, and no access behind the block/ firewall area.
I looked around and could only find downstream sensor wire extensios. So I bought a couple from.LMR, kind of eye balled them up, and notice they could be used on the upstream sensors if you ground off the little tabs.
