I bet that Mach 1 turns a lot of heads over there.

Re: What did you do to your boss today?

Preventive maintenance.....new FRPP hubs with ARP long studs, new Goodridge SS brake lines, new front calipers and DBA 4000 rotors. Flushed all the fluid with Brembo HTC-64T per Drew's recommendation.

Test fit new Forgestar 18 x 11s with a Hoosier R6 315/30/18. I needed 3/8" (9mm) spacer to give me about 4mm clearance to the strut. Too tight :-\ Next need to know if they'll hit the fenders. I tried different approaches to compress the front as much as I could short of putting it on track. I used 5" of boards under the front tire to compress it. How much further will it travel before hitting the bump stops?

Very Nice....Thats the way side exhaust should look. IMO>> If you have side exhaust, you should see it. Kooks take great pride in there product craftmanship for fit and finish. and it shows. I'll bet it's going to sound sweet. Do you stilll have your cats installed? Also what axelbacks are you running?
I also like the blue studs... 8)

Re: What did you do to your boss today?

For the various wheel/tire setup posts above. Here's one thought.

My setup is 18x10.5 front with 305/680/18 and 18x11 rear with 315/680/18.

Now, I also run a .5" spacer up front, effectively bringing my wheel/tire spans into square. Best of both worlds! Clearance and balance!

what rims do you run that are 10.5 front and 11 rear? thats what i was looking for originally, but didnt find any of the manufacturers that did that?

Re: What did you do to your boss today?

Nice job NFSBOSS.
Did you ever think about making them taller. They seem somewhat to short in not covering as much tire as you can. Any thoughts on that?

CCW's, so the barrel size and offsets are custom designed for my car and suspension setup and brakes (for clearance).

Yes, I still have the OEM cats and these are matched up with MRT H-pipes and Borla O/As and ATAKs. The only piece not installed yet are the ceramic coated Kooks shorties. That's a much bigger job for me than this stuff.

Dropped it off at the dealership on my way home from Willow Springs, you can add LS #439 to the list of Boss's with blown motors!

Whaaaaaaaaaaaat?? :-\

Going down the back straight at WOT right around 7K rpm and heard this God awful sound for about 1 second and then smoke every where. There is oil coming out of the exhaust and oil blown thru the CAI. Engine only has 5500 miles on it so hoping warranty fixes it.
