Generally speaking fueling the car doesn’t take that long. However, you do want to get the car fueled as quickly as possible because you are limited to five crew over the wall while fueling (which includes the driver in the car) AND nothing else...
We just finished the Gingerman race.We also use the Hunsaker 5gallon with the quick dump kit. From what I've seen in the paddock, most team are using those.

Redline sells 75-140 with and without friction modifier. The lube with modifier was fine in my Ford trac loc without additional modifier. (see full post)

I worked as a flagger at turn 6 for the 14 hour champ car race at Daytona a couple of weeks back.
Was great fun, lots to do. I was a big fan of code 35 pink flag.
I know Kohr prepped a s197 for that race.
