I need to just have this auto post every 45-60 days, but the above is a terrible idea. I do alignments, mostly on performance cars as a decent part of my living. Average about 250/year. And lots of camber plates.Any non threaded adjustment...

Strictly tire and track dependent. Hoosier R7/A7s like up to -4.0, Michelin S9 or H2 are happy at -3.5 to -3.7 up front. In the rear we look at what is most desired, ranging from -1.8 for maximum drive off and braking stability to -2.3 for better...

This is one of those situations that I feel a bit awkward about. First, you didn't say what car you have, but the first photo looks like a GT350. Now, the problem is that GT350's are a very different setup from Mustang GT's, and the advice of...

it seems like you guys are trying to find a perfect everywhere camber setting which of course doesn’t exist. So many variables including tire types, track conditions, suspension setup etc. Generally these cars like a lot of front camber on...
  • That is amazing. You should be proud. I live near Watkins Glen. Are you running in that upcoming race? If so I hope to shake your hand. (see full post)

I've run two events since my last update. First event was my first ever Pro-Solo where I was in P2 after the morning runs on Saturday and then the car just never went faster and I couldn't put down clean cone-free runs. When I got home I gave the...

You might look for Snell 2020 closeout deals, since the 2025-spec helmets are on the market now. Always read the rules, but several groups let you run the current and previous one or two Snell specs. So now, 2025, 2020, and maybe 2015 would be...

Free Day - Dracon - 06.05.2026After the Serres track day. My BMW friends wanted to run Dracon. 06.05 was a Wednesday and a bank holiday so sounded great for a track day. We watched the weather as still unstable in Bulgaria but eventually the...

Late to the party here, but as many others - Steeda jacking rails, low profile jack, and jack stands have worked just fine for me. I'd love a QuickJack but being semi-retired now, I just can't justify the expense when the basic setup works good... (see full post)

I used to dread lifting my mustang up to work under it. Bought the Steeda jacking rails and now it’s a so much easier.

Steeda jacking rails, low profile jack, and jack stands The jacking rails make the old fashioned way much easier, no ramps needed. I would love to try out QuickJacks but still haven't made the purchase. I'm limited by small garage and not much...
