Weather folks are watching a potential snow storm for late Fri into Sat.......They don't know how much to predict.....inches or feet.....this has me worried!!!!!!!!!!!!

Son stopped by the other day for a minute(Cats in the cradle) with the boys to pick up some stuff Hon made for him and the boys.Galaxy stopped by to say hello but Peanut made a mad dash to the kitchen where Hon was......I guess He thought He might be getting something.....those boys are SO much like kids.................Galaxy is my friend...Peanut puts up with me and vice versa...I love them both!!!!!!!!!

Snow storm still on the radar for Sat......that snow shovel will have to be found....."they"are still are trying to fine tune this storm......not looking good.................inches or feet still to be decided...............The grocery stores will be packed tomorrow...milk, bread and eggs.....everybody will have French toast Sat..............The Boss and me will watch the madness from inside our castle...........................

Weather folks are starting to set their sights on tomorrow's storm....Blizzard warning for south east...Winter storm warning for everybody else!! one to two feet of snow.......NO!!!!!!!!

Snow is on the way.... starting 9 or 10 pm.... over a foot when its done...........wind chills tomorrow below ZERO!!!!!!!!!!!.....is it Hon's turn to shovel the driveway???.....I think She got on a flight to Miami?????????..............I'm retired......I'll wait til it melts.....June?????????????

Gotta put the truck in the driveway with the big snow storm coming...there's a method to the madness....less snow I have to shovel....

It's here!!!!!!!...snow falling as I type......street and truck covered.......I'm hitting the hay...............before it gets Me......................Hon...find those shovels!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

about 4" of snow on the ground now.....the rest will come later.......and so will shoveling.......Hon, you find those shovels yet??

The newspaper must be out there somewhere....maybe Hon will find it while She's out shoveling.......Hon, it's a shame you could only find one shovel.....I hid the other one under the Boss......

Snowstorm winding down...should be done in a few hours....winds still howling...10 degrees outside....wind chills below ZERO...I wouldn't wish this on my worst enemy...even if he deserved it.......................WHICH HE DOES!!!!!!!!!!!!....................Oh Boy...Forgive and Forget.............if it was only that easy........................

We got about 8 inches of snow around here today...Eastern CT over a foot...my new battery powered snow blower will hopefully get here later next week..just looking outside...I need all the help I can get!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.....if you EVER hear me complain about summer weather..............SHOOT ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hon making a mid afternoon brunch with eggs ,breakfast sausage and toast, of course..that snow and cold can wait til ....whenever....This is a family show excuse my politeness.....or be thankful for it............."be kind to the children...they are what they see"

Wind is blowing more snow around than the snow can provide....if that can be...........I'm going under the covers...........Hon will surely be close behind...oops, this is a family show...

This wind is just crazy! Steady 20-30mph with gusts well over that all day long. Waiting (dreading) to see what kind of drifts we end up with tomorrow.

One of my favorites!!!!!!!!!!! The wind was blowing many different tunes today......I never heard the one called tyme to shovel, tho.............that will be my wake up call tomorrow, I'm sure

My street is very wide......last yr and many before that snow plows would clear the snow with 4 passes and still be at least 4 ft away from my property line......this yr just 1 pass each way...my tax dollars at work seem to be fading..............so why do they go up every yr???????????????????

Well, the truck was a casualty of the weekend snow storm.After clearing it off on Sunday(temp 5 F.)....I turned on the wipers to clear what was left on the windshield....... They went up about 2" and that was it!!!...Dead as a door nail!!.....I was thinking fuse or wiper motor......but the answer came today, when temps warmed up to almost 40 F....Whatever froze up thawed out and I'm back in business...........Never had a problem like that in the 11 yrs I've owned my truck...........Maybe 5 below zero on Sunday morning might have played a role......

Roads still too messy to take the Boss out....maybe this weekend, we'll see............Son's BD Mon...He's leaving for Miami Friday, to celebrate, returning Sunday for work Monday....I don't think so!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.............He has his Dad's passion to party but not his Dad's passion to not travel.....That must come from his Mother...............Hon's looking for Her passport.......................
