Has anyone ever seen a center cap solution for BBS Boss 302R 18" wheels?

No. I don't think they made any because it was strictly built as a racing wheel. In fact I don't believe the wheel themselves have been approved for street use. If I am wrong please chime in.

Wasn't sure if there was even a profile on the wheel hub to even try and make a cap work
Try the BMW GT4 center cap. The wheels are in the same RE family
No profile on the wheel hub, just a smooth bore.

Could someone suggest lug nuts necessary with stock studs for the BBS's. will any "acorn" style lug work?
Ford Performance recommends the AllStar ALL44102. I don't think there are any acorn equivalent to these, but do not know for sure. Good Luck!
