I don't make other Turkey dishes with the leftovers. I make enough sides to serve the same meal until the turkey is gone. Boring, but I always like it that way.

Good strategy...no fuss, no muss, good eatin! I followed that same M.O. all year.When it was tyme for me to make something for Sunday dinner, I'd make sure to have enough for all week....pizza tyme by Friday or Saturday..........

Son and his S.O. picking up Hon in a while to go to the Danbury Mall. I haven't been there since I was courting Hon, long, long ago. Before it became a Mall, it was the Danbury State Fair Grounds, which included a SMALL stock car(modified) race oval. They'd have Saturday nite races and my Dad took us boys to a few..........Those were the days!!!!!!!!!!!!!
