Save a few more pounds and put a Watson Engineering rear bumper bar/tow hook combo on that thing! :)

Yeah those are really nice...too bad I already have my bumpers cut (and have already installed) for the cooltech stuff.

Is the Ford racing ABS module part number M-2353-C? And does it replace the ABS module already plug in?

Thanks in advance

Yes and yes; there is a newer version "CA" out as well, not sure what any differences are. You will not have AdvanceTrac etc any more, if that matters.

That matter because it's a pain in the ass to shut off every time I start the car up at the track. I was at MSR Houston and my first track season I forgot to shut it off. I went into the Bus stop hit the brakes hard and tried to go parallel to the curbing into the turn and the dumb AdvanceTrac kicked in trying to undo what I was trying to get done. I think it thought I was trying to get into an accident totally destroyed the Bus stop every time I entered it. Rest of the weekend was good to go. BTW this car is now a dedicated track car and will never see the road again.

Thanks for the info

Right on. Set it and forget it!

It's easy to install, you remove the stock airbox/zip tube and the snorkel from the airbox to the grille. Then it's 4 (I believe T20) screws and you're all set.

@ ArizonaBoss

I was able to find M-2353-CA for $350 including shipping. Thanks for all of your help.

Edit: I was able to pick up a Ford Racing quick release steering wheel for $221.76 including shipping at the same place. Now to get the Sparco Hub adapter and quick release.

For the part numbers for any one who cares:

Hub adapter- 01502067CA
Quick release- 15R98TU

Rehagen Racing sells an entire kit for steering wheel quick/disconnect that you may be interested in: http://rehagenracingproducts.com/BOSS-302S-Steering-Wheel-w-Quick-Release-2005-2014-Mustang-RR-3601-R.htm

Also be sure to check out Watson Racing: http://shop.watsonracing.com/

Between those two shops, you should be able to get all the goodies you need.

Thanks. However, I was able to get the hub adapter and quick release for $398.90 and the steering wheel for $221.76 for a total of $620.66. So, just a little leg work and I saved myself almost $70 compared to Rehagen Racing. I know that they put the effort into putting the package together and should charge what they want, but I need to watch my $$ and save when and where I can. I do like the Waston Racing center stack switch panel and will be getting that in time.

Weekend report: Qualified P1 in class both days but due to bad luck and running with a fast crew, finished P2 in class both days. Good racing for the most part. The lighter cars really kicked our asses at this track.
Set the track record in ST2 on Sunday, 2:00.30, but my best time in Saturday qualifying was 1:59.9.

For the Boss R ABS module do I have to bleed the whole brake system?
No you don't open the hydraulics when you install the module.
Steve.
