I was not tracking the existence of an X1a chassis. Very cool...

The original Boss R was Boss302R1 XX1 introduce at Daytona GA race it ran the first few races. It went through some development reliability issues. It ran the first season until it was crashed at Trois Rivieres Canada in qualifying. It was then replaced by this car X1a. It finished the remainder of the first season and from then on for Multimatics
