Lies, damned lies, then statistics. Cases by age, more so than deaths by age above are as much a guess than a fact. To prove or disprove these graphs would require a better sampling. Currently, the criteria for testing is either self recognition of symptoms or proximity to an infected person coupled with the willing ness to go and test. If I had not known a coworker was exposed I would not have tested. I had almost zero symptoms, just a slight elevation in body temp. Less than 0.5 increase.
I tested positive twice at different clinics, one was open on Sunday, one was not and closer. Chances are that My results represent two positive results, not one. Different clinics both required to protect my ID and also to report results. I was contacted by the state twice. The person contacting me referenced different test dates. I mentioned my concern, she said all she could do was tick blocks and no, reported twice was not one of the blocks.

I hope we are through this soon. I don’t trust the press, too many agendas. The root problem with the media as well as society is that so many are knowledgeable on their rights while now totally ignoring responsibility. The “get it now” mentality which was bad enough has been replaced by “its my way” opinion spreading BS.
I see a glimmer of hope. When a high school kid and his lawyers can pull over $100mil for fabrication. There is hope accountability can return.

My brother lives in Castle Pines (south Denver) and he has been sharing info on all the fires out there. Estes has been pretty crazy last few days, stay safe.

Looks like Estes Park will make it through unscathed with the recent snow storm yesterday. We really enjoyed visiting that little town when we lived out in Denver.

We're all hoping it snows out there even more, and quickly!

I'm sure Tyme would just like to see the wild fires extinguished...the snows could slow up after that..Does it snow where the Cali fires are???? I'm sure they could use some help there too!!

Not really. We usually see the fires out here in the lower elevations below the snow line, so we have to wait for the rain, which doesn't usually come until the holiday season. I believe all the big fires our here are currently contained, but we usually get a lot of wind in the fall and it's still really dry from the summer. It's windy right now and is expected to get worse, which has a lot of people on edge right now - almost the entire northern part of the state is on "red flag alert". It's still fresh in everyone's minds that this was the time of year when the "Camp Fire" tore through Paradise, CA a couple years back.

Don't hold your breath on that one...There are bigger fish to fry now a days.I remember starting a pile of leaves on fire back when I was around 12...fire truck came and put it out...it's an event I'll never forget................

Funny, I still remember the time I was with some other neighborhood kids (one of them had a lighter) and we started a small grass fire we couldn't put out in one of their backyards when I was 4 or 5 - still remember it very well. Nothing was damaged, as the fire department got there quickly. I'll never forget the fire truck catching up with me as I walked home. They were kind enough to "escort" me. Turns out the other kids got together and said I was the one to blame. My dad made sure I didn't walk right or sit comfortably for a week. I think I was grounded for a month or two. I can't imagine being responsible for burning down homes.

Yes and yes. The weird thing is that the content wasn’t visible at all. No preview, nuthin. Maybe Zuckerberg wants to snag the last few of the holdouts to at least sign up to view linked stuff. Previously, I could at least see the preview for most things.

It doesn't matter what you believe about COVID, frankly. Tyrants all across the world are happily decimating economies while simultaneously cheering on a Marxist revolution. There will be no going back. The ratchet of authoritarianism only turns one way and more than half the country is gleefully turning it as quickly as they can. Considering offloading the Mustang (I had to mention it in order to stay on topic I think) in order to lean out a little bit because it's going to get a whole lot worse.
