Some updates on FR500S #32 returning to active duty. - Very slim Cobra seat replaced with a wider Sparco and slider. The Cobra is now on the passenger side where there was none before. Having a slider makes it SO easy to get in and out of the...

Awesome car! Looking forward to following the build. If you ever want a buddy for a track day let me know - I live about 40 minutes from you based on your profile location. (see full post)

Just go put 2-3 gallons of e85 in, you’ll get the octane you’re looking for. (see full post)

Not to sound like your dad but if this is your first time on the 3R or similar be aware that they will have a lot less grip than your old PS4s when cold. You have to get some heat in them. I looped my car on the out lap one time on them at...

I will be using some Goodyear F1 Supercar 3R's Memorial Day weekend for the first time on my 2021 GT500. This is my first time running the car at the track without the Michelin PS4's that came stock on the car. I have been running the PS4's for 5...

I am bumping this thread only because it is May, and this is a useful thread with good reference material.

not on a Mustang but on my local track there were a few high profile incidents with hubs braking wheel hubs and tires flying.

Fair enough. The only reason i’d consider is ti even out tire wear and save money. If that’s possible lol

Too bad the Goodyear Supercar 3R does not come in a 295/30 R 19, because I would just keep the staggered OEM wheels and run those up front and 305 in the rear.

Yes, he was running 305 on the front and 315 on the rear, the tires Ford puts on the Dark Horse with handling package. 10.5" and 11" wheels. The Trofeo RS 315/30R19 could fit up front with an 11" wheel. It has a very narrow tread width compared...

Many of us on here would tell you to save your budget, take off the Supercharger and run with stock 5.0 liter for now. Running with a Supercharger tends to be a constant work in progress to reduce heat, conquer heat soak and more. Take off the...

No I’m gonna bring it back to my buddy who works at Ford. Just brought it to my friends house who sold them to me. Threw it on his lift. He spoke to the Ford friend who installed them and agreed that the top strut mounts are probably worn out... (see full post)
  • Zellion_GT
would you be changing out the strut mount yourself? Since the car already has the F.P. springs on it, it would not be that difficult to do it with a buddy to help. Also since you only want to do it once buy a new set of camber plates. Steeda has...

Need advice on fuel pump and injectors. We are adding Comp Cams #500, valve springs and FRPP high rise manifold. Not porting the heads. Car already had headers from the original Ford build. Will be tuned. Based on what I read I am expecting... (see full post)
