Cases I bought off eBay worked out well:

Only problem is that they close so tight that I don't think I'll ever be able to open them once they're closed up with the coins in 'em!

Fiddler, did yours not come with foam rings? Mine fit nice and tight, no rattling. But yea, they are not going to be easy to open without scratching the plastic. I was able to open one by using a straight blade to make a little gap, then working it with my fingernail all the way around until I got it open enough to just yank. It can be done, just takes time.

No foam rings in mine, but very little room to rattle around. I do like how the black foam ring in yours frames the coin.
