I like the slotted rotors - i thought they were supposed to be bad and cracked all the time?
Those are drilled rotors, not slotted. Drilled rotors will dispel heat faster and pads will perform better and last longer. Drilling also reduces mass which improves stopping distances and acceleration. The tradeoff is drilled rotors will tend to crack faster than a non-drilled rotor. For rotor life, mass is your friend. From a strictly performance standpoint, mass is your enemy :) The hole patterns on these rotors look pretty minimal compared to the Swiss cheese versions you see on some imports. I imagine they will hold up pretty well. I'm guessing it won't take me long to find out especially running an aggressive compound.

This is a great perspective I think gets overlooked in the drilled vs. slutted rotors debate. Well said.

I am tingling with anticipation.

The IMSA Sebring race is upon us (this weekend).

At this race we should see the race version of the 350R in all its glory. Anticipate pictures to start hitting the net by Weds or Thursday during practice and qualifying. Race on Friday.

So far no sign of them and Multimatic is listed as running a 302R. :'(

Those new pics from the NY Auto Show just made me fall in love! I was fine unit this moment. Can you just imagine seeing this color in the sunlight? Stunning.

Now my 2012 Kona Blue Boss is looking more and more like a classic!

This new car launch by Ford will be the most exciting launch that I have ever experienced. Now to find a dealer that will sell it at MSRP.

Good Stuff,
302 HP

Since I am planning a roll bar and harnesses as my first mod, I wonder if you can just run with the stock seats? It would be nice if they provided for the sub-belt, but I'm guessing that's not happening.
