Barely dipped into the 54’s and new PB, but can’t help but feel bitter/sweet. This lap had a yellow flag for a stalled Rush in Grapevine, forcing a lift and coast through Cotton Corners. Sadly, this was the cleanest lap of the day. Not gonna dwell on it - back at it this Friday with a private track day and a 50 car limit.

To the 53's and beyond 🛸

Nice lap, bummer about the yellow flag

Tom your driving is incredibly smooth for how fast that lap is. That really shows just how dialed you and that car are. Very impressive 👏

That track is so awesome i wish i could come and drive it one day.
I feel the same about several of the tracks in your neck of the woods. We need to start a foreign exchange driver program!

Couple new pics from last week’s @Mistaricky birthday bash. Some unique angles and cool lighting. Glad the photographer caught the final moments of splitter 2.0 🥲.

Tom, that might be one of the smoothest laps around CW13 I've ever seen. Congrats on the 1:53!

Agree with Ewheels, it appeared to be slow because is was so smooth. That is the Smooth Jif Peanut Butter run of the month!!
Thanks guys, very much appreciated. My kids will tell you that I'm constantly preaching "slow is smooth, smooth is fast". Works for the NAVY Seals, and very applicable to road course technique.

With smoothness comes speed……not the other way around.

American Iron or ST3??.....or just being nice and loaning car for mock ups?
Not 100% sure on when or what class for WTW, but just felt like it was time for the next investment in safety. 138 flat out through T8 on Big Willow provided much of the motivation🤣
