The spring ahead tyme change is easier for me...just move the clocks ahead 1 hr. This fall back is more hassle since you have move some of the clocks at least thru 13 hrs. Like I said before I wish we could stay on daylite saving tyme all yr long.

Agreed on the clocks...but not for the sleep cycle. I thought this **** got easier as you get older. Wrongo.

This is the cycle you supposedly gain an hr of sleep..."they" take it back in the spring. I understand what your saying, tho. The tyme change will disrupt your body's schedule............

Then I think you would agree with me that staying on ONE tyme(DLS) all yr long would be a good thing?!?!..If enough people got on board with this it could happen....But like I said, A week after the change, everybody forgets until the next change (unneeded) and Politicians don't give a hoot about your sleep cycle. Their laziness about this changing is why it won't happen.It's just an annoyance and not on anyone's agenda..............

Agreed on one tyme...not necessarily DST. Just a hassle all around. Scheduling meetings with others in time zones that don't shift...changing clocks and watches. I only have one in the house that synced with the national atomic clock.

One good reason to live in Hawaii.

If we ever ever have a Tyme resolution IT will HAVE to be Nation Wide!!!l...Everybody..So Every Body is on the SAME PAGE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Years ago, liquor stores would be closed on election day.But now they stay open all day.
